Tiles4All is the website for our long established retail & distribution operation in Yorkshire. They are a family run business established over 100 years ago with over 40 years experience in selecting, importing and supplying all types of tiles directly from factories around the world, including ceramics, porcelain, glass, travertine and stone. Tiles 4 All required a professional website to showcase their large range of products and allow customers to purchase products through the website. Richlyn produced a site that is user friendly ecommerce site that is easy to navigate, using a clean design. Detailed information about Tiles4All products is available when viewing a product. A price calculator is also included on the product page for users to easily calculate how many tiles they require for a given area. The website has a fully integrated e-commerce system with secure online payment facility.
CABLE is a unique dental ordering and communications system used by dentists, laboratories, practices and dental groups. Dentists can quickly place orders for any laboratories using the CABLE system, order progress can be updated by the laboratories enabling the dentists to track the order from start to finish. CABLE has a state of the art 3D model viewer enabling STL files to be easily viewed by dentists and labs. Attachments and notes can be added at any time to an order by the dentist or the lab, improving communication between them and providing a seamless digital workflow. Order history can be viewed and filtered using a wide number of parameters. Other benefits of CABLE include:

Richlyn was approached by IBBI to develop a world class, cutting edge website to showcase their services, property portfolio and investment opportunties. The website would also fully integrate with their new property management system to streamline and reduce their administrative processes. With ease of use and simplicity of design in mind, Richlyn developed a responsive, striking and innovative website packed with interactive features to provide a user friendly experience.

Venue Options Limited
Venue Options offer a free of charge, bespoke and personal accommodation, meetings, events and rail booking service, including effective policy implementation and compliance, through to reporting, analytics and supplier management. Richlyn implemented the booking system for Venue Options as well as the front end website. The service doesn’t stop there! Richlyn continue to enjoy an ongoing working relationship with Venue Options to provide support for the booking system as well move forward with new developments.
Traveleads help with all aspects of your travel needs and work with you to make sure all your travel needs are appropriately sourced at the best value possible. Catering for Corporate Travel, TV & Film Travel, Sports Travel, Luxury Leisure Travel, Group Travel and Conferences & Events. Richlyn was approached by Traveleads to develop a brand new bespoke accounting system to replace SAGE. The new system not only needed to handle a large amount of externally generated sales invoices but also needed to work with an invoice scanner on the purchase side of the application. Richlyn worked closely with Traveleads to deliver a cutting-edge cloud accounting package that would speed up business processes. The solution Richlyn provided not only had a fresh look and feel to it but automated a large amount of business processes which used to take Traveleads hours.
Paint manufacturers and retailers, R.J. Stokes & Co. Ltd has been established for over 100 years. In 1972 the company entered ceramic tile distribution and retailing. Today the company has one of the largest selections of tiles stocked in the UK, with over 4,000 different designs, styles, and sizes sourced from around the world. Encompassing the latest trends, the range is constantly being updated. Richlyn Systems provided Stokes Tiles with a fully integrated stock control, order processing and accounting solution to manage their complete operation. As a multi store and multi warehouse organisation, Stokes Tiles required a cohesive solution which was able to bring together each department and retail outlet (both online and instore) with a unified solution. Stokes Tiles also required an automated printing solution, allowing picking lists to automatically print in the warehouse, and delivery notes to print in the correct store. Hundreds of documents are automatically printed on any printer at any site or warehouse, or emailed to any customer, supplier or sales rep. Of course, the system provides a wealth of reporting and management analysis, to enable Stokes Tiles to run smoothly and efficiently.
The University of Sheffield
The FRAX® algorithms give the 10-year probability of fracture for patients, allowing better diagnosis for patients including the elderly and those who may otherwise be at risk. The FRAX® website is used worldwide and as such is required to be multi-language. There are now models available to 58 countries, with Kuwait being the latest addition. The tool is freely available and is used for around 2.8 million fracture calculations per year. Richlyn have worked with The University of Sheffield for a number of years now and continue to support them with any ongoing developments.
Moss Industrial Estate is an estate in the North West of England which caters for a wide range of tenants from start-ups and sole traders to blue chip internationally recognised brands. Moss contacted Richlyn in 2014 as they were looking to replace SAGE and install Richlyn’s cutting edge PIMS software. PIMS was installed midway through 2014 and since then Richlyn have continued to work with Moss to make further improvements to the bespoke property management software. Moss made the decision to use PIMS as their main system as they wanted to have a system which was not only cutting edge but incorporated all their needs into the one piece of software and PIMS did this for them. Using PIMS has made the day to day running costs at Moss a lot more efficient. Richlyn have been busy working on pushing information from PIMS into a brand new responsive Moss website, which has just recently launched.
Over the last 40 years, Wykeland has established an enviable reputation as a leading property development company, owning a substantial commercial property portfolio and working in close partnership with public and private sectors and the wider community to deliver buildings that meet today’s expectations yet achieve tomorrow’s standards. One Medical approached Richlyn to implement a bespoke software solution which could manage their properties along with all their medical statistics. Richlyn provided One Medical with a cloud based software solution which gave One Medical the ability to manage everything in one place.
